CONSULTATIONS

Your session runs for an hour, but can be extended at the time of booking if you require longer. Your first one begins with a review of your past and present symptoms. This allows me to personalise a blend for you, and adapt the treatment to suit your needs.

I focus on both symptom relief and finding the underlying cause of your symptoms. At the end of each session I will ask you how you're feeling, and if you've noticed any improvements. This helps me to determine the effectiveness of the blend and treatment methods of the session. I will also help you to determine easy ways to treat your self at home between sessions, from stretches and relaxation to diet and the use of essential oils.

Follow-up appointments begin with a brief review of your symptoms, any other health issues which may have presented, and your requests for the treatment.
